Heat Wave
Since Father's Day, South Jersey has been under scorching conditions. We have had temperatures ranging from the high 90's to +106. These past 3 days have been over 100 degrees, with hot, hazy, and humid conditions. We are still under an excessive heat advisory.
I am off to take the kids to the park for a short bike ride before the temps. climb higher. I need to exercise and if I don't force myself...

i hope you all are having fun outside now before it gets too stinking hot, kait! frank and i are going to go conquer a challenge this morning. there's a big 4 hour hike we've been wanting to do for a couple years, and my folks will have the boys so we can go do this.
hopefully both our bodies are ready and we don't have to turn around early!
Been thinking of you guys in that sweltering weather. Whew!
