A cough drop

Poor Kaylie hasn't been feeling well. With the change of weather, she always gets sick. She has been taking medicine since yesterday as she doesn't want to miss a day of school.

Her nose is congested so I gave her one cough drop to take to school for her to take after lunch. Her teacher confiscated the cough drop and sent it to the nurse's office. The nurse called me to tell me that Kaylie had a cough drop and asked if I was aware of it. Yes, I am aware of it. I gave it to her. I didn't realize that it was such a big deal...next time I have to send a note to the teacher.

I will talk to you later. I am on my way to order a bronze plaque for Mom's grave.
