Spring into Poetry

Liam as "The Loser." These little vignettes were happening so quickly that I didn't have time or space to work on the composition much.

This is what he looked like at 2:00 p.m. Sigh, he looks so dishevelled.


Liam was really excited about his Spring into Poetry recital today. He picked out his clothes last night and was even looking for a tie. He does look dashing, doesn't he?

They did 17 poems. While some of the kids read the poems, others were performing. It was a class effort for sure. Liam loved it.

Kay recently had her Spring recital. She looked so cute in her dress. It lasted 30 minutes and they sang 6 songs. 3939

The kids all looked adorable! Kaylie is in the 2nd front row. She kept hidding behind her liner notes which made it impossible to get a decent shot of her. Oh well.

The concert lasted 30 minutes. The kids all did a terrific job. Liam spent the whole time playing with Ben, his friend from 1st grade, and didn't pay attention to the concert.

It was raining so hard last night. Definitely a night to stay indoors.
