Pumpkin Patch / Impressions of Harvest

This is October's kit of the month at Scrapboographics: Impressions of the Harvest. Isn't it gorgeous. It works well with Autumn activities and Halloween. Click HERE to be taken to the blog where you can see 20 additional pages.

Autumn is in the air, it is finally here. This morning as I took the kids to school, it was a chilly 52 degrees. It has warmed up a bit - it is 63 degrees at this moment.

Anyway, October is here and that means going to the pumpkin patch. We haven't gotten them yet this year, but it is a matter of time now. In the meantime, here's a page of the kids at the pumpkin patch last year.

I really like the rosy cheeks and warmth of this photo

Macro shot...I didn't even know my camera had that feature. It pays to read the manual. :)
Today was a great day...the temp. reached 80 degrees F. I took the kids to the farm to pick out their pumpkins. Went to the farmer's market but didn't stay as the place was jam packed and couldn't find a parking spot. I spent 20 minutes trying to get out of the place. Then took the kids to the lake for a walk and leaf picking. The colors are so vibrant! Anyway, here are a few of the shots I took today.
Before I forget, guess where I went yesterday... guess...you guessed it, Great Adventure! The kids had a great time, as usual.
