Bike Riding Mishap

After dinner, we took the kids out to the park on our bikes. Everything was fine until Kaylie and Liam decided that they wanted to challenge each other to see who would reach a certain landmark first. In his haste to outdo Kay, he bumped into her, she lost control of her bike and landed on her knee. She skinned her knee big time! She didn't want to ride her bike anymore but we were a bit far from the house so she had to get back on the proverbial horse and ride back home. I retrieved the medical supplies while daddy comforted her. Once I got the peroxide, ointment and bandages, Daddy went to town tending to her. It gave me a chance to take a few picts. She is doing much better today. 3940
