Toot /Cherry Blossom / Peta Boardman

I posted this layout in the galleries this morning and it was chosen for Gallery Standout at DST!

I have been a long time admirer of Peta Boardman and was thrilled when I found out that she was coming to Scrapbookgraphics. She has a classic and elegant design style that appeals to me. She also has a fabulous eye for matching colors and provides plenty of embellishment to please the most discerning scrapper. I especially like that one can mix and match her kits with ease.

If you've read my blog, you will know that I recently posted about designers who gave good customer service, and I mentioned Peta Boardman.

Imagine my surprise when I got her note informing me that she was closing her shop! I was relieved and thrilled that she is joining Scrapbookgraphics!!! If you haven't seen her designs, check them out HERE.

Customer Service, Part 2

As a continuation to a recent post about designers providing excellent service, as seen from my point of view, I thought it only fair to update you. I had excellent customer service and will continue to sing the praises and purchase from:

1. Scrapbookgraphics
2. Peta Boardman
3. TheLilyPad - Kate Hadfield

Note to NWLady: Patti, thank you so much for your balanced view about the designer that doesn't answer her customer service inquiries and what could have gone wrong. A 2nd message didn't work either.

Reminder: Back up your stuff, ladies, so that you don't loose all of your photos, kits and layouts. Trying to recover and rebuild is a pain in the $%^ for sure.
